My alert types
Reusable alert-type definitions (classifier + fields). Attach them to a profile, then publish so live mail uses the same rules you validate here.
Steps
- Build types in the wizard or import portable JSON (.alert-type.json). Export any library row to copy between dev and prod.
- Enable types on your profile and set order (first match wins).
- Remove a type with Remove on the profile — it stays in the library.
- Publish the profile so production uses frozen snapshots.
Common mistakes
- Editing the library without publishing — live alerts keep the old snapshot.
- Two types with overlapping classifiers — only the first in order will match.
