Profiles
A profile is a saved ruleset for one kind of email (one vendor or format). Publish when testing looks good. Rules JSON is optional to view under Advanced.

Steps
- Name the profile after the vendor or alert type.
- Add prompt instructions so AI drafts match your format.
- Use Test in studio, then Publish when satisfied.
- Optionally expand Advanced to inspect or edit rules JSON.
Common mistakes
- Editing JSON without testing in studio first.
- Forgetting to publish after changes.
