Validate (test hub)
Production-fidelity test using the same engine as live ingest. Validate is free; optional AI compare costs 1 unit and is labeled reference-only.
Steps
- Drop a .eml or .msg file (Validate, library, or wizard) or paste subject + body.
- Choose draft (library composition) vs published (live snapshots).
- Run Validate — left column is what production would do.
- Turn on Compare with AI only when you want a second opinion (not used for paging).
Common mistakes
- Testing only in draft while production uses published snapshots.
- Treating AI compare as ground truth — deterministic rules drive live alerts.
