Steps
- Drop a .eml or .msg sample, paste subject + body, or use a recent ingested email.
- Discover fields, then mark importance and usage — especially Voice for call wording.
- Generate alert type — creates classifier + field rules as one document.
- Save to library, then enable on a profile and validate before publish.
Common mistakes
- Saving without validating against other samples in your fleet.
- Using one sample for many unrelated alert shapes — create separate types instead.
