Daily & weekly digest
Scheduled operational email summaries — separate from real-time alert fanout. Configure recipients, timezone, and send window on Digest Reports.
Steps
- Open Digest Reports in the tenant app.
- Daily digest: enable, add recipients, pick timezone and morning send time (last 24 hours of activity).
- Weekly digest: enable separately — includes trend vs prior week, noisy sources, and escalation stats.
- Use Send test for daily or weekly to preview HTML/plain-text in your inbox before going live.
- Save settings — each successful send is recorded in audit logs.
Common mistakes
- Expecting digest email for every single alert — digests are rollups, not a replacement for Slack/outbound webhook fanout.
- Setting send time in the wrong timezone and wondering why mail arrives at odd hours.
